They also pioneer with their own initiatives that contribute to a better future.
They believe in an open society in which everyone can participate. The freedom to decide one’s own life, access to the labor market and health care seem like achievements, but they do not apply to everyone. In addition, the world is changing at lightning speed. If not everyone can take advantage of the opportunities that transitions bring, the free society will come under further pressure. Making people and organizations resilient and agile is therefore the core of social innovation.

We created the brand awareness campaign ‘Praten Werkt’ for Diversion, aimed at raising awareness for talking about financial risks related to work. Especially for women.
Whether you work or not work is your own, free choice. Nevertheless, it is important to know what the financial risks of your choice are. And to talk to those around you about work, especially if you might want to work and support from your environment is important to you.
We use both Facebook ads and Instagram ads to reach the right target audiences and share stories of how others have tackled this, what women absolutely should know about money and how women can have the important conversation about work with their partner, family or friends.
